Welcome to the website for LEQ. 

Leadership, as I define it, is bringing together the power of one person and the magic of many people.  I started LEQ to help executives do more of the work of leading. 

Our name explains our holistic approach to leadership.  Leadership Effectiveness Quotient is the synergistic sum of IQ (business intelligence and acumen) and EQ (emotional intelligence and acumen).  By distinguishing leading from managing, we help executives make a difference on what matters most.
